the good ol 8 tram. you terminate in the most awkward spot in the world
Not as awkward at the 75, which SAYS Flinder Street, but is either 200m before it, or way past the steps, annoying as shit [editline]19th May 2011[/editline]
Yeah, we get open space and grass and rivers.
Enjoy you're overpriced noisy wind tunnel.
Nah mate, inner city is over-priced, docklands is quite reasonable and you get decent value for money. Not noisy either, on account of being nowhere near any main roads. How many billion is being pumped into your suburb each year?
is anybody in melbourne willing to give up a room for the future pm
I've got a spare room that we've used to house a student and a German tourist but I don't really want you in my house so [editline]19th May 2011[/editline]
Nah mate, inner city is over-priced, docklands is quite reasonable and you get decent value for money. I like Docklands a lot (although I only know of one supermarket there and it's a tiny Foodworks in Harbourtown. Others?) but there isn't really that much there, although it's really close to the city so that's okay.
is anybody in melbourne willing to give up a room for the future pm
im curious why you need a room in melbourne
But at the same time I dont have to catch a vline down to the shops to get bread.
Neither do I? I just drive or walk to the IGA that's near my house.
im curious why you need a room in melbourne
Obviously he wants to move away from Radelaide.
He should come to Sydney instead.
i will move to sydney in a few years
You guys all live in sucker suburbs. Inner north east is best, 15 minute ride from CBD, but not restricted by city traffic.
trying to figure out how to afford car insurance. it's so fucking expensive...
What do you drive? Sucks for P-plates but if you bought an expensive piece you probably deserve to pay out the ass for it.
car insurance covered by my parents :smug:
Still on my L's only done like 90 hours. God I hate the 120 crap.
What do you drive? Sucks for P-plates but if you bought an expensive piece you probably deserve to pay out the ass for it.
mitsu lancer. it's a 4 cylinder car - it's got some power, but it's nowhere near as powerful as a 6 cylinder commodore or shit like that. it shouldn't be anywhere near $3,000 p.a. but that's what they're all asking for.
You bought a new car you stupid fuck. P-platers aren't allowed to have newish cars unless they are paid for by their parents according to insurance companies. And it doesn't just matter how powerful the engine is, it's a lightweight car and can go pretty well. Might not have as big of top speed but it starts off quicker, goes around corners better and for city driving it's more than fast enough.
You bought a new car you stupid fuck. P-platers aren't allowed to have newish cars unless they are paid for by their parents according to insurance companies.
haha. it's in a business's name. but adding on a p-plater as a driver, ohoho, insurance rolling around in dosh even if no claims are going to be made. dosh dosh dosh
And it doesn't just matter how powerful the engine is, it's a lightweight car and can go pretty well. Might not have as big of top speed but it starts off quicker, goes around corners better and for city driving it's more than fast enough.
they base most of the premium on the value and power of the car (and gender of the driver). a lancer, which isn't powerful, isn't that valuable (comparatively to other cars), it's pretty bullshit. it's bullshit. i'll work something out. somehow. [editline]19th May 2011[/editline] it's also not lightweight.
I've got a spare room that we've used to house a student and a German tourist but I don't really want you in my house so
:(
I can't drive for shit
I'm sure you're a nice young man Mooth but I don't trust FPers around my family's possessions.
Still on my L's only done like 90 hours. God I hate the 120 crap.
it's good. too many shite drivers on the road already. doing 120 isn't unreasonable. the shit drivers are the ones who skip the 120, or fake most. [editline]19th May 2011[/editline] ahaha at the clicking the flag to take you to wiki
