My friend has done ~150 hours, failed 3 times. I hope for everyones sake he doesn't get his license soon.
lucky we have license tests too!
I did my whole 100 hours, completely legit.
Now to just take the damn test.
4 years of P-plates feels bad man. The only real restriction is I can't have 0.05% BAC but it's still shit.

i can't tow shit. i can't take passengers. i can't use my mobile phone even on bluetooth. i can't can't everything.
it's bullshit. but the restrictions are a smart idea, and have been working. less p-plate incidents since their introduction of tougher restrictions.
[editline]19th May 2011[/editline]
wait, aren't you in vic too dev?
Yeah, but I don't tow shit, use a bluetooth thing and I can take passengers.
Green P's man.
ahh, i thought you were referring to the whole p-plate period.
got a test coming up to remove that ferking auto only endorsement.
(not that it's stopped anything) :smug:
"How dare you competently drive this manual car when your license is auto only!"
Meh
Green P's in a few weeks, feels good man, getting sick of the one passenger restriction bullshit :/
"How dare you competently drive this manual car when your license is auto only!"

the worst part is it was a clerical error which vicroads refuses to fix without a test...
Wait, no passengers on your Red P's down in Vic?
Up here in the Sunshine state, we're allowed as many passengers as we want during the day, but after about 8pm, only 1 passenger who isn't related to you. So we all just pretend we're the driver's cousin, works every time.
first years of p plates you're only allowed one person between like 16-25 unless they're family. no time restraints. nor do we have to be off the roads after 1am. lol south australia and western australia
after that, you can plop one in each seat.
These American users won't tell the difference :smug:

54 days until I get my green P's.
But it won't be soon enough to help my friends when we go on our holiday in June :smith:
I hate some of the RTA rules. People like us suffer with all these restrictions, because a small group of P drivers want to be idiots...

Played L.A Noire last night with some mates.
I haven't played a game so immersive and interesting since Morrowind, we stayed up until 5am playing through the beat cop, traffic and homicide desks. I could go on and on about it.

beat it a few days ago. was an amazing game with a sick story (it gets really interesting at the arson desk), but the story really starts to slow down a little too much for my liking (plus the ending was shit imo).

if you like that, play heavy rain, that was an amazing game too
That is out? What platforms?
It was supposed to come out today, but we asked the guy at game traders last night and he just handed it to us. It's out on PS3 and the 360.

We're only up to the first homicide case at the moment, which is fucked up, I was surprised they didn't censor it, its pretty gruesome, she's completely naked, bruised and half her skull is beaten in. It goes to show Team Bondi wasn't afraid to push the moral boundaries with the cases, especially with the underage rape case in traffic.
The best case so far was the guy who got hit by the car outside of Ray's bar.
The facial animation were also unbelievable, fuck the IGN reviews , the game is a masterpiece.

Got two offers so far. One for a Bachelor of Information Technology, and the other an Associate Degree in Information Technology.
Obviously, I'm looking at the bachelors degree right now. Plus it includes an internship, which would be great.

Got a job as bakery assistant at Woolies, not exactly what I had in mind but extra income I guess.
Induction tomorrow
I work in produce at Woolworths and it's pretty good. People in bakery get paid more than other departments, right?
Does anyone remember ye old' Knox city bomb threat?
