Aaaaaeeeuuuch, im conflicted. A while ago, i really wanted a goldwing, specifically a 1200 aspencade. A friend of mine just got sick of tinkering with his 83 gl1100 and wants to sell it for $500. The clutch is a little finnicky and needs adjusted often, but is in good working shape and not too bad or cosmetic shape. Im torn because i sorta lost my desire for a goldwing, but 500 for that thing is a fuckin steal. My fiance also wants me to either make my cx500 more comfy or get a comfier bike.

Rc batts would do awsome in that cituation and would probably charge faster. Just would have to be carefull with over discharge on both.

I scored 9 9005 bulbs at the junkyard today for $5, all of them look really clean and aren't burnt up. Trimmed the top tab and tossed them in the Civic. Turns out high beam bulbs last just about 2 years of regular use, not a bad deal when you get twice the lumens. I don't think you can possibly beat grabbing a bunch of like new bulbs out of cars without DRLs and buying some $3 shipped 9005 extensions which plug right into the 9006 lowbeam connectors. I tried HIDs since I have a whole box of bulbs but they absolutely suck compared to free junkyard bulbs. Makes me want to ditch the HIDs in the Integra but it has projectors and the highbeams in it work better than any highbeam I've ever seen so having low beams which look better is more important lol. Now I need a far bigger box because my box of bulbs won't close in the slightest :v:
