I don't think it's that bad. He does have nice taste in wheels, and generly not slaping on I look like I go fast parts.
Hmmm... and if I get a 91 or earlier then I'm emissions exempt...
Hmmm...
If you get one past the year of '90, it'll have a much newer and cooler interior. You can get them in 2.2L turbo (220HP DOHC 16v), 2.5L N/A (100HP SOHC 8v), 2.5L Turbo (140-170+HP SOHC 8V, with or without IC), and Mitsubishi 3.0L -- All with your choice of automatic or manual. TONS of aftermarket. Hell, most of today's equivalent parts will bolt right on to it.

Chrystler Laser is listed as a rebadge, how true is this?
Yeah. It's an older Daytona I believe. It stopped around 1987. The Daytona was it's more popular and longer lived brother.
Just remember that any car with the 2.5 after and at '89 use common blocks. The much stronger version of the engine.

Speaking of Chrysler. I really want a conquest.
Should I go get it? https://huntsville.craigslist.org/pts/5310143969.html

Fucking do it. I'm not sure how well you can mod the 2.6L, because it IS a truck engine, but there's a lot of videos of them on YouTube cranking HP.
It's looks like a really cool boosted RWD sports car.

I don't understand how tires with that much camber don't get shredded.
Or how people with cars set up like that do anything other than drive in level parking lots.

Can't you use certain tires that last longer with that?

Camber doesn't wear tires down a lot unless you drive it like its racecar. Toe wears tires down more. Also, its likely that the car is on bags, so it can lift off the ground for driving and drop again on level ground.
At the local autozone, somebody that works there parks their TSX with the frame rails touching the tarmac.

In what way does having camber make a car undriveable?
In what way does having camber make a car undriveable?
For a show car its totaly okay, but why would you want camber if you want to daily it
To a certain degree i know that you can drive a cambered car.
Im just saying that it doesnt make sense

When the car raises, the camber isn't so negative.
Track car, show car, sure makes sense. Can't stand the appearance but if thats your thing then fine.
But a daily? No, it makes no sense. The increase in maintenance costs on everything related to what the camber affected doesn't justify looking cool at 7 AM on highway 400 while stuck in bumper-to-bumper.
if people feel like it's worth their money why is it any of your business?
sounds more like you're a bit jealous you can't afford it?

For the first time since driving the explorer I am now able to drive over curbs to get to parking lots that dont connect, or to go around an obstacle, and I never realized how much I missed it until I was happily bouncing into the arbys parking lot without having to drive down to the street and make two left turns in traffic.
Any car that low around here wouldnt last a week without a caved in oilpan and bent frame crossmembers.

itt people who have never driven lowered cars explain how lowered cars are undrivable.
there is obviously a point where something is borderline undrivable, but that r34 isnt even close
camber ≠ toe, and I doubt that guy daily drives that r34.

Jealous, right.
I was saying I don't understand why people do it, not that people that do it are fucking retards.
No shit there's a reason for it, I just don't understand why people justify it for daily use.

what increase in maintenance costs?
Alright I need confirmation on something since I've made my guess already. I'm guessing its a 2032, but it could be 2062 or 2082. Logic says its 2032 because I dont think 2062/2082 button batteries exist.

As it says, its a 3V CR2032.

Having to hire extra guys to pleasure all the women who want to have relations with you.
Japan has the smoothest roadways of like, almost anywhere. You can drive a car like that there STATIC if you wanted to.. doesn't even need bags. That's how all the Boso guys do it. It's like driving on a massive freshly paved parking lot practically. And honestly.. that R34 has 2" or so of ground clearance it looks like that's pretty massive.
That R34 is great compared to one without fitment, this one needs negative offset something fierce;

So... I thought I had clicked on the Firearms General Discussion Thread and was massively confused trying to figure out what kind of dies those were. I feel like an idiot now....
On car related news, I passed state inspections with my work truck today, which I know is small and miniscule, but I was kinda impressed as bad as that is to admit.
Scoob was almost clean enough for a picture. :smug:

Dank. What wheels are those? My car has been such a pain in the ass but it's finally almost back to normal after five hard years of ownership.
