As it says, its a 3V CR2032.
Because that 3 is so clearly visible
So.. thoughts on this? https://northernwi.craigslist.org/cto/5395682510.html I certainly don't need a car.. but I feel like $800 (or even a bit lower) sounds amazing for a manual CRX. I'm poking into what else is wrong with it right now.. so far like a missing blinker, broken sway bar, cracked bumper.. seems really minor. Clutch apparently isn't slipping, either. Then there's THIS... https://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/cto/5380930850.html He said someone was 'probably' coming to get it tonight.. and if it didn't go I'm going to get that tomorrow and he said he'd do $500. Got a truck and trailer lined up already. Hope it didn't sell.. ha. Craigslist is a major money suck.
Because that 3 is so clearly visible
Only button batteries I know of are 2032s I used to package batteries for disposal at a recycling center. Shit sucked. [editline]12th January 2016[/editline] There ARE different sizes but most of the ones I saw were unmarked.
So I don't know much about turbos, never messed around with them, never had a car that had one in it. I want my ep3 to get one, my friend was offering up his for 50 bucks, it has some shaft play in it. Now is that easily fixed? Does the entire turbo need to be rebuilt? Or should I rebuild it anyways? I'm not to sure on the model of it, heard it came out of a older cummings. 30 or 40m I believe. I'll find out more info on it tomorrow.
Jealous, right. I was saying I don't understand why people do it, not that people that do it are fucking retards. I must admit that I like stanced cars. As long as you do everything with manner. I'm all for customization, but not every style fits every car. The R34 GT-R is not suitable for stancing IMO, but the Supra can look quite nice when lowered a lot. [t]https://c2.staticflickr.com/4/3672/11802785955_9601468a66_b.jpg[/t] And I agree with Clutch! The TE-37 is awesome, in all its variations. My two favourite rims are the TE-37 and the Meister S1. hey mopar guys will a stock 4bbl manifold from a 360 work on my 318 or will there be misaligned ports or whatnot?

And so begins day 3 of the battle of the stuck injector. Repeated bombardments seem to do nothing, and every advance we have made has failed. If I don't make it through this alive, tell my girl I love her, and its okay for her to move on.
Really thinkin about getting a Subaru Legacy 2.0 diesel next Boxer diesel
Dank. What wheels are those? My car has been such a pain in the ass but it's finally almost back to normal after five hard years of ownership.
Thanks! It's this set: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=wheelCloseUp&wheelMake=Monte+TITANO&wheelModel=MT1+Piana&wheelFinish=Matte+Titanium&tab=wheels I just needed something cheaper to replace my shitty steelies and they work great for that. [editline]13th January 2016[/editline] [t]http://i.imgur.com/1qBEx9H.jpg[/t] There's a better picture.
On the prowl for a new vehicle. Looking for something small, with decent utility, and not horrible on gas. I was thinking something like a little hatchback. Or maybe I should just get a ~2006 mazdaspeed 6 and be happy.
I always recommend Impreza's, especially the 98+ Outback Sport models. All of the Imprezas after 96 have AWD. From the factory, Outback Sport models are slightly taller than regular Impreza's due to different springs - which also increases load capacity. I have had 940lbs inside mine, not including ~400lbs of passangers. The rear seats fold flat, or are easily removable if you need that much room. Roof rack is factory equipped. Trailer hitch is optional, can't remember the towing ratings off the top of my head. Other bonuses of Impreza's/Subaru's in general; Easy to work on Reliable Sporty, low COG from boxer engine, also helps when heavy hauling Impreza's never had the EJ25D that is known for head gasket issues Set up for better off road handling from factory, parts are readily available to modify for better on road handling for cheap Usually when something doesn't fit in my Impreza, it won't fit in any other car.

I just realized that I bought some Rallyarmor flaps for my Impreza but I forgot to install them and now it snowed and it's all shitty now. piss
Its currently 20 outside today. Everyone, including myself, was driving with the windows down. This weather feels great compared to the -20 shit we had 3 days ago
I got a nice little task at work "Hey, restore this body. Fix all rust and bad repairs, k." This is just where I've started. There are many many more places with terrible half-assed repairs or rust holes. [t]http://puu.sh/muuGP.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/muuLC.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/muuN3.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/muuPJ.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/muuRi.jpg[/t] I'm currently almost finished restoring the door sill. My problem is that I don't really know how the floor is even supposed to look like and I've got to fabricate it myself with an anvil and my hammers.
hey mopar guys will a stock 4bbl manifold from a 360 work on my 318 or will there be misaligned ports or whatnot?
360 ports are bigger than 318 ones, it'll work, but I cant say how good
Talked myself out of the CRX, I dislike the interior too much on the Gen 1's.. and the Eclipse I really wanted was "manhandled away by 5 burly Russians". Ah well.Money stays safely in the pocket.. More for the house/garage fund. In other news.. I hit this person up about their NA -> turbo swapped Supra.. wanted to know if it would need to be trailered upon purchase, etc.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/262230986689?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT And they said "getting too many texts, refer to ebay. Thanx" Guess they don't want to sell it??
Got my Cobb AP in the mail today. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/XNRTzAF.jpg[/img_thumb] I find this a little hard to believe. Like those are the figures at the crank and not the wheels, but it still feels so good. It's amazing less because of how much quicker the car is and more because of how smooth the power delivery is. Before it felt absolutely anemic below 3K revs. It would shake and stutter and you had to be so careful with the clutch and it would still stutter and shake. It has -so- much more torque down low now.
Oh hi, Since last time i posted a lot of stuff happened.. I've moved to my own house, I bought a new audi, and i think i've already told some of you that my sister crashed my Volvo amazon.. Started tearing down the front of the car, so it's repairable.. The audi gave me trouble, turned out not only one of the injectors were at fault, but they all had broken spring retainers while taking the rocker arms off (so luckily i had 4 spare injectors from an engine we swapped some months ago (like 2800ddk a piece) Also 20's Kleemann 9x20 and 10.5x20 going to rock this summer with airride...
Did that Audi have the Emissions defeat device on it?
That should be a factory option. If I lived in a communist state that required emissions tests, I would pay good money for it to pass without getting the life choked out of it for ENVIROMEEEEEEEENTAAALLLL excuses.
Is that your personal home garage, Zotic?? :o
Dad and I finished overhauling the suspension on the Skyline, took two months too long! Koni shocks, King springs, new bushes, steering linkages and lower balljoints. Before: After: I havent driven it yet, needs brakes bleed and a steering alingment. So I think the suspension needs to settle.
[thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsbgdhdndc.jpeg[/thumb] Headers are in, got my hammer ready because I've gotta make dings in a few spots for it to clear.
Motor Trend give you some good tips Valon? Lol.
I'm attempting to regain life in two generators. One is a Onan 4k watts and one is a Cummins 3k Watts. The Onan is seized with alot of pitting in the heads, I still have oil poured in every hole of it letting it try to get unstuck. The Cummins 3k has low compression and will not even ignite starting fluid. I believe it has a leaking intake valve. Sooooo much fun trying to tell a friend it is not good AT ALL on engines to just sit outside uncovered...
This stuck injector shit just gets worse and worse every day. Today my dad made this awesome pulling tool out of an injector, and it worked great. I was tightening it up and I felt something pop, I was so happy, I thought I had it out, but nope, it just split the jacket of the bottom half and made all the threads useless. I then decided to split the jacket even more and try to yank out the pieces, so I ground down a punch into a chisel-ish shape and started hammering. Got a few small pieces out, but i cant get anything close to a good angle, as its the back injector. Now Im gonna have to pull the head, yank the pre-combustion chamber, and drive the damn thing out through the bottom of the head. This was supposed to be a simple, half evening, injector seal replacement, and now 3 full days later it looks like its gonna be a week long teardown. Why is this happening to me.
Is that your personal home garage, Zotic?? :o
Yes the one where the volvo is... I have a autolift but it needs to be moved out to my house...
