Most insurance providers have websites you can log in to, register a new vehicle, and print out a paper insurance slip.
I looked at it, its a bit rickety and sort of half-thrown together. Its a nice rig as far as how its set up goes, but it needs tires which aren't cheap in the slightest. I gotta get the duster done, so I'll think I'll pass. Sucks, but I've gotta think of my priorities as you said
Please finish that car! what kinda oven do you have? I want to get into powdercoating
You guys picked a beautiful color for that scooter.
I have friends who work at an industrial powdercoating factory :) Lol for $20 I thought that was solid. The cool part about that thing is that it's the same color as the Civic he also owns.. *and* I also painted parts for a new trailer he bought to tow behind the Civic. So his big plan is to have the candy red Civic, with a candy red trailer, hauling a candy red moped :v: Should be pretty interesting. Plus we added fiber optic head liner to it this winter too.. forget if I added pics on here or not.
Here's a couple moped pics, -sni-
If I wend you my moped will you poweder oat her bavk to baby blue? [t]http://www.localriders.com/photopost/data//500/medium/FA50-L.JPG[/t] Or do you think enamel paint will still look best?
Trouble with powder coating is it gets everywhere, from what I understand. It's very hard to mask. I had a ton of cleanup to do on the rims to get everything to "fit". Chasing threads, opening holes, dremel-ing mating surfaces, etc. I'm all about painting, though :v: However I don't even want to know how much $$$ it'd cost to send here and back! lol
So today i learned that 1/2 tank on the right tank and 1/4 tank on the left in the jag means zero gas in either tank, and that hoofing it 4 clicks to a gas station at the bottom of the mountain with a jerry can i found buried in the basement behind about 10 feet worth of shit and under a couch really sucks whoops

Guys. I'm a hypocrite. For a long time, I've always completely hateed people who do body mods on a car and make something it's not. Like putting huge spoilers on a car, fake emblems and the like. So fast forward to now, I got a 2012 Challenger SXT (first car BTW!) and I love it to death. But it doesn't look right to me. So what I want to do now is get an SRT8 front splitter, a spoiler (since the SXT doesn't have one), fog lights, and since it's cheap I'm going to get an SRT grill emblem. Because it just looks "correct." It makes the car pop even more. It's not that I'm doing it so I can say "I have an SRT 8!" I'm doing it because I like the way it looks.
If that's the car i think it is, that's the same motor that was in Elvis in fury road Though the rest of the sheet metal and the motor in the wreck were both fiberglass replicas, the hero car was real and the engine was sold back to the guy who built the original red car
Yep, that's Elvis. Thats only if they catch you ;) But in all honesty, I circumvent that by registering 90% of the vehicles to myself and driving them, just write it off as a hobby/I just like changing up what I drive. The other 10% i get the registration/bill of sale signed but I dont put any of my info on it and the next buyer just puts their stuff down. @gulen We live on an acredge so space isnt a problem, its just dealing with my dad. Yeah, as long as you aren't doing shit like putting an AMG badge on your 15 year old S-class which they didn't even make an AMG model of, just do whatever you like and ignore what people say about your car.

Yesterday I learnt NOT to close a ball valve on my sandblaster when their is sand still in the line. It seems I stripped or snapped something inside. RIP ball valve, you will be replaced... when it isn't a public holiday
