I think shows like Hell's Kitchen don't really show what he is because after all he is working with a bunch of idiots who can't even make mashed potatoes. Hell's Kitchen tries to add more intensity with music, editing, close ups and other stupid Reality TV bullshit that just just ruins it.
After I saw him in Boiling Point I didn't really like him any more.

Even though he's wrong in saying "The Yakuza guy", people who are in organizations don't group together regularly and show off they're in a "gang", you see that more in western culture.

I can honestly understand why Ramsey is like that all the time. The kitchen is a stressful place of work and everything needs to be perfect so that the customer is satisfied, if they aren't satisfied then the restaurant loses money. That's why he flips the fuck out on hells kitchen because of all the incompetent cooks, could you imagine how much money they're costing the restaurant. I used to work in a kitchen and both chefs were pretty much the same way.

They aren't gangs, it's organized crime. Gangs in Asia get together and show off just as much as in the West, but organized crime is more covert anywhere in the world (and is also the really dangerous one).

I've seen a video on Youtube where he tried to get rid of sharkfin soup, it's just the flavoring that adds taste, the fin itself tastes like nothing at all. Apparently.
So I just asked my mom. She said that the shark fin has a vague fish taste to it and its mainly there for the texture. The broth is what has taste in it. Apparently she likes it, but its ridiculously expensive so she's eaten it like once or twice.
