They were pretty loud, but the guys hadn't done a lot to make them sound as good as possible.
That's got to be annoying as shit, how can you talk to people when everyone are blasting music everywhere?
Skype, irc, steam, etc :v:

You come a long way with having headphones on as well, blocks surprisngly much noise out even if they are crappy shit fuck headphones like I have.
Was fun this year, made some cash too. We had several germans with us this year, it's not a problem to be a foreigner here. And ofcourse i'll join next year too.

I would go but... 1) I'd need a passport if I wanted to fly to norway. 2) Transport to there would be expensive. 3) The tickets sound expensive. 4) Lugging all that gear from England doesn't sound fun. 5) I don't know anybody.

(Was about 50% cheaper compared to the Norwegian Standard ticket.)

I could get there with my stuff but I don't know anyone, only speak english

You can learn alot. Why not do all this you think is a "hassle"? you will probably remember this forever, something you can tell your friends. A memory to enjoy. Make new friends and travel to other places in the world and join things you normally wouldn't. Personally, for me. That's how i want to live. And because of exactly that reason i became a exchange student and lived with a Serbian family. just to experience something other people normally don't want to experience. I also thought it would be a hassle to live in the tiniest room ever and bath in the most rusty fucking bathtub i've ever seen and eat food the serbians served you which you didn't even like. But it still was fun. But when i came back to Norway i kinda missed it, and it is a experience i will never forget. And i would gladly do it again when think back to it. So if you ever decide to change your mind, if you need a guy to meet. I'll be there for ya bro.

So who's thinking about going? Tickets are probably just around the corner now. Can we make the facepunch Row happen this year(actually next year)
I don't know if I can make it this time :(
I'm going, I've shed myself of all responsibilities that week and I got the dosh to spare to make it happen [sp]I expect to be half awake through the whole thing[/sp]
The ticket queue lottery takes place between the 1st and the 8th of December; when the lottery ends, you'll be assigned a random spot in the ticket queue. Anyone planning on getting tickets but haven't participated will be placed all the way back in the queue. So yeah, don't want to risk that! http://www.gathering.org/tg14/en/ticket-information/
Ticket lottery starts today at 14:00
And now it's over.
Har fått billett!
I'm probably going to get my ticket in a few days if the queue continues with this speed.
Alright, ticket's gotten, ready to roll in more than three months time. Please oh please let's have a Facepunch row, I'd rather sit with fellow members of a forum I frequent, creating an awkward atmosphere rather than sitting next to some loud brodude Like seriously, not even Jodern can help me through something like that (also thanks for purchasing the ticket for me joddyboy ilu <3)

I'm bringing one friend who's not frequently on here, but at least that makes us three for now. If anyone else want to join in just post about it here I suppose and we'll figure out how we're gonna do the seating later.
I'd be up for joining a facepunch row
We're making THIS HAPPEN
Well shit..
Don't think I'll be going this year (Not like tickets are really "available" anymore anyway). Always been a bit stressing. Sure it's been fun, but I don't think I'd really be up for it this year. Next year maybe
Seat reservation is now open apparently Facepunch row anyone?
if enough facepunchers are going then yes let's do that
also who's actually going?
