That's so fucking bullshit Why is he being forced? does he get 0 say in this at all
he has an indiegogo campaign to pay for the legal fees http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/team-parker?show_todos=true
parents are such cunts, my parents are breaking up, and my father thinks it's appropriate to have sex, and stay the night with another woman, all while trying to cover, that he just needs to talk to someone going throught the same thing. I have a hard time looking at him
Your dad aint with your mother anymore, so why cant he see someone else?
Your dad aint with your mother anymore, so why cant he see someone else?
They JUST got divorced, we haven't even moved out, my mom and i. and he has nomerous times, just lied to me and my sister, and even ditched plans we have made together, just to go to that gold digging whore. and yes i've met her, she not getting with him for "him," but for his money. also the cunt tried to convince my mom, that me and my sister wouldn't live with her, just beacuse she doesn't get payed enough to get good internet. to make matters worse, she is ugly as hell
Bitches be tripping man The step-dad also looks like a total douchelord, I would've gone inside and of been like "alright pyscho-tron I'm gonna go back inside and play video games while you act all crazy and shit"
That sucks man, when i was his age I pulled the exact same kind of shit I never had a problem with my parents divorcing (it was like right after i was born) but at 14 all sorts of shit happened that basically made me say "I'm gonna live with a middleman" (which i do now, I've lived with my grandparents most of my life). You really don't know how hard it is to say "I don't want to live here this week" because while sure you really feel like you don't want to live there for personal safety, it's heartbreaking because it's still your parent and all. i hope shit turns out ok for him though cause like it did for me, my parents hang out all the time now and i still live with my grandparents but i go out with them all the time and shit. the video calls back though, rough times and all [editline]21st September 2013[/editline] After having watched it all, I'm really impressed. Even with the dad 'not believing in cops or the justice system', he handled all diplomacy in a really civil manner that really just chilled me. I'm going to be dead serious with you all, this kid is literally a mirror image of me. All things are settled with my mom now though and I'm totally cool with her and she's cool with me and all is well, but back when i was his age I had literally the same problems. I wonder if it'd be considered Illegal if she managed to keep him inside the house, though.
he has an indiegogo campaign to pay for the legal fees http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/team-parker?show_todos=true
it's gonna be expensive for him travelling 6 hours just to see his kids. I guess he'll have to book a hotel room too every time! There should be a law against taking children such a long distance away from their parent.
you would think since she said all this shit in front of the cop the judge either ignored it due to the video or just was like EH FUCK YOU i hate evidence
you would think since she said all this shit in front of the cop the judge either ignored it due to the video or just was like EH FUCK YOU i hate evidence
if anything videos like this would get laws passed
That's so fucking bullshit Why is he being forced? does he get 0 say in this at all
The children do get a say at a certain age, being a child of divorced parents, I believe if you're 13+ you can choose if you want to live with either your mom, dad, or someone else. But that depends on the court, most of the times the kid isn't even allowed to be at the court unless he's needed. Then, from there, if they are old enough they can tell the judge that they'd rather live with the mother/father for X reason. But below that, then only the parents have a custody battle, and the kid has 0 say at all and has to deal with what parent they end up getting placed with from the court. It's a fucked up system, but it'll never change.
It should be clear as fuck that she is abusing him, he is afraid and does not want to stay with her, yet she is trying to force him to stay with her. That alone should tell you she is completley fucked up in the head.
This makes me entirely thankful I grew up with well-balanced, loving parents. They've been divorced for ~8 years or so, but they're still great friends, and we all still live in the same house.
I live in the same god damn city as this kid. Divorce here is around 50% for all first marriages. So the courts here get a lot of shit on their plate. Legally, he is allowed to leave the mother to live with the father or different guardian if he chooses so. But in the end it's the court's decision and they don't have time for bullshit. Which is why she could not have him here. But when she moved elsewhere, it seems the court sided with her without checking the court in Odessa's decision. This is such bullshit, she has no idea what is about to go down.
"but she can't be abusive, she's the mother!"
Welcome to the life of a single dad.
Go to 0:05:15 What was the point of moving her glasses back to where it just was?
Go to 0:05:15 What was the point of moving her glasses back to where it just was?
More importantly, what's the point of her having custody of the kid?
There's video proof of the boy admitting he's terrified to go back with his mother... How could the judge possibly over look this?
There's video proof of the boy admitting he's terrified to go back with his mother... How could the judge possibly over look this?
Sexism in the court room. This happens a lot with rape and custody cases.
Wow that's real shitty that the son is forced to live with the mother
Does it explain anywhere what exactly the mother did previously to the video? I'm about 10 minutes in and I'm still unclear what level of abuse the kid went through [editline]23rd September 2013[/editline] Oh, I see, he's explained it. Jesus fucking christ
my dad just went to get his child support legally lowered by a lawyer and my mum threatened to sue him because it wasn't what the court originally ordered here's the thing though: i don't actually live with my mum anymore so he could give her the finger and say "fuck you, he doesn't live with you anymore so i don't have to pay shit" but he's a good guy and pays it anyway [editline]23rd September 2013[/editline] as the son of divorced parents, fuck the united states custody practices thank god that if i'm lucky, i'll have my kids over in germany where they're a lot more reasonable and logical
Can't we work together and just flood them with CPS reports? I mean CPS is a shitty organization, but it could potentially help. We could also prove a point and show how easily the CPS can be abused.

I dare say that the police in Canada or Sweden would ahve probably sided with the abusive mother and forced the child into the house there and then.
