I was cut by choice, but I really had no idea what I was getting myself into at the innocent age of 10. The doctor was all "okay so we're going blah blah blah medical terms that I don't understand blah" and my parents said "yeah! that sounds good Nate, how about it?".
I regret making that choice because while I was playing sports during recovery (which I wasn't supposed to do but what can you do in primary school that doesn't involve telling the teacher about your dick), some of my stitches got caught on my underwear and it left scars on my dick.

Cut because of issues when I was little. Being cut doesn't affect me at all because it pleases the ladies either way as long as you know what the fuck you are doing.
That flacid uncut picture in the OP is a pretty bad example, mine looks very different to that and as far as i am aware uncut penises vary a lot more in appearance due to different lengths of foreskin and whatnot.
I'm not sure how reliable it is, but i watched a documentary about circumcision once and it basically concluded that its mostly just an aesthetic difference. Then again, i think my cousin got cut because he had a bad case or phimosis or something so i guess it can be useful sometimes.

Foreskins are like eyelids in the sense that they protect sensitive areas from being too dry or getting rubbed raw by stuff.
And to the people saying "omg u get infections if you dont get circumcised" you are fucking idiotic.
You can pull the foreskin back and do a little thing called washing when you're in something called a shower. Foreskins are there for protection and help prevent desensitisation of the penis. I don't know about cut people but any kind of soft rubbing on my glans feels fucking amazing when fapping.
