You can have guns and shit on an Airplane as long as it's in the cargo hold and there is no amunition. Also the only time gas masks are ever illegal is during riots because they don't want the rioters to be able to resist the tear gas but the rest of the time Gas masks are legal. Hell I've even smoked weed through a gas mask haha that might not be to legal

I think the only trouble you'd get is with the magazines and possibly the gasmask and heat shield.
EDIT: As long as they're not loaded they should be fine though, although they look to be in shit condition.

I just got through the airline today somehow. I wasn't bringing ammo. Yeah the mags are in fucking crappy condition. Government issue shit. Lot of them jam up our gat pieces(some are from fucking vietnam and desert storm)

If you check all that shit in your bag your fine. Maybe not the mags as they might have the bags go threw a bomb sniffer and might catch something even if they are empty. But the rest of the shit is fine.

Well, the local surplus store has them for $20-25, but I guess they're in better condition.
The mags are probably ate up, I'd hand over the pro-mask to your supply guy, because you know somebody will lose one, and having everyone's passes canceled until it gets found sucks. It's good to have "spares", if you catch my meaning.

First of all, it's illegal to sell SAPI plates, you tard. Second of all, obviously he is in the army and that ain't a practice rifle. It's a regular M16A2 with a BFA at the end for firing blanks.

Particularly the saw pouches and the mags, assuming they're Colt manufactured, they're worth a lot more than $10. And that Saw Heat Shield is worth quite a bit on the civilian market, since SAW parts are few and far between.

You're a fucking tard dude I know california has tighter gun laws but In ANY state you can own a fully automatic weapon as long as you have your class 3 license and pay the 1000 Dollar tax stamp
