I always keep mine under my seat (haven't used it fortunately, but had a couple of times where I had to casually show it to people), some people prefer baseball bats.
Ive had something like this happen. I accidentally cut this guy off to avoid hitting someone that slammed out their brakes in front of me. The guy i cut off spent 20 minutes trying to run me off the road, and cut me off and slam on the brakes in his SUV. I didnt have a phone or anything to call that number for when people are being dickheads. Finally i turned away and he left the other way. I was then pulled over one block away for going 5 over the speed limit in a 45 zone. I hate driving. I have full confidence in my skills. I dont trust a single other motherfucker on the road.
'still on the run' Fucking wow, protect and serve, my ass.
yes the police have policemen on every square metre in australia and they have super human eyes that can detect criminals from kilometres away.
Old insurance scam You get your car, and a buddy, you have your buddy pull up beside the target, and you're in front and you just slam your breaks so they have no where to go but into your ass, and Bam. Since you took it up the ass, it's their fault and they pay you
Why is this getting rated dumb? It's a real thing. There was even a documentary on it on a show like 20-20 or 60 minutes in the 90's
Just like Oblivion
Just tried my best to to imagine Wes Johnson with an Australian accent. It was rather awkward, even though it was imaginary.

You might happen upon a crazy guy with a gun.
this would never happen in boston, because we drive so close to each other that there's no room to cut in front of us! :v:
Be careful, dude. You might happen upon a crazy guy with a gun.
Guns are very uncommon where I live, and besides, guys holding them wouldn't do this kind of stuff, they're more serious bunch.
What kind of awful self-control do these people have to let people on the road get the better of them? Sure, I deal with a fair share of idiots every day (mostly soccer moms in their SUVs cutting me off and coming damn close to hitting me) but I can't imagine trying to run someone off the road without being clinically insane.
Too bad this doesn't work if you instigate via braking. Of course they are betting on the fact that you don't have proof and/or can't convince the police that he was at fault for trying to cause an accident. Now instead he'll be doing jail time/huge fine because the guy who recorded would be stupid to not report this to the police lol
Where I live almost nobody has dash cameras and unfortunately that scam normally works unless another driver stays behind and backs up your story. I dont know if it is like this everywhere but where I live of you rear end someone you are normally found at fault because you were "following too closely".

They won't even consider it otherwise. Fortunately i've never seen an instance of forcing a collision.

Wow, this happened a little before I got off school and left for home. Glad I didn't have to encounter that asshole on the highway.
Hell, me might've just been jealous of the Cobra
Hell, me might've just been jealous of the Cobra
It's a Mini...
I've had someone try this on me before. It's really scary shit, especially when you're with someone you care about.
I don't drive, but my buddy does, and last week he ran me to Gamestop to pick up a game. On the way we were stopped at a four way and someone rear ended him. At a complete stop. They just freaking ran right into his car. Anyhow, he turned and pulled into someone's driveway and got out of the car, and the other car just took off. Luckily, there was literally no damage to his car.
Hi! I was aforementioned person and it turns out there is a crack on the bumper that was hidden by the rain. It's minor, but still irritating.
