They're not going to stock enough prizes so that every member of their 500,000+ active count gets a prize when they're not even really making tons of profit quite yet. They're focused on gathering a huge following right now (some of which are completely obsessed with Lockerz) for when they're fully launched and then they'll start rolling in the cash. Even now they're starting to make profits with the whole Play advertising before videos..

gtfo, i have 860 ptz and ive been trying to get it for the last 3 redeems
half the time when I launch a video now, there are two advertisements at the start and I can hear the video playing in the background and it will suddenly cut in

I joined months ago and have gained over 400 ptz.
I haven't been bothering to do the dailies or getting ptz cause I never get a chance to spend it.
Fuck I could have sworn I visited yesterday but I guess I didn't.
Fuck this, play doesn't work for me it comes up with some advert about begin healthy or some shit for facebook and then it plays 10 seconds of nite fite and crashes...FUCK YEAH!
