I had an account with around 2500ptz, then one day I suddenly can't login.
I email them and they claim my account was hijacked and that I should just re-register. I asked for my old account back so I could have my ptz, and showed them a screenshot of my ptz at around 2500, and they said that it was under 200 right now and they won't give me anything.
