I'm underweight too. Actually I'm more underweight than you.
I'm just slightly above him :v:
Your current method is exactly what you should be doing. Only you should be doing it more.
strap weights underneath your clothes
Don't just keep eating random shit because once you go to the training you'll lose it all anyway. Like others have said, build up your muscle, tone up because you'll start to see the difference in no time.
Hey guys, i want to sign up for the army for a pretty long time now but im underweight. I tryed olmost everything to gain weight for a year but nothing seems to help. My stomach is just small, i get full real fast and i just can't eat after that feeling. They say my weight is normal for my lenght (im 1,75m and 56kg) but i still wan't to reach atleast 65kg. I run olmost every morning and do stuff like push ups, sit ups, pull ups and lift weights so im fysically strong enough to join the army, but i just want to gain more weight. Does anyone had/have the same problem, and do you have a solution for it ?
Step 1: Sit on your ass all day. Step 2: Eat anything you can find. Step 3: Drink high sugar juices like coca cola. This should be repeated daily.
If you want to gain weight for the army, avoid fat foods because in training you're most likely to lose it all again. The best way is to eat steak and work out. Muscles put on weight too and you'll continue to keep that weight through training.

Brush your teeth with Chili.
Drink Carling, it made me fat
Work out. Muscle weighs more then fat.
x2, eat lots of NATURAL foods and work out more. Don't take protein shakes and creatain and all that garbage.
It isn't a case of just eating crap all the time, you have to balance it out .
Weightlift. You gain muscle mass which weighs more than fat.

Second, Build muscle, work out, etc. Muscle weighs a bit too, and it'll help you in the army as well.
