The "last" page was a joke to state my entry. I'm serious now. My base is a ship, a sub, and the crew in the ocean. when I finish my sprite pack that I'm making I'll join in with that. Here's the deal. Declare keeps people from overlapping turns. To add a square to the world map, type "declare wm", signaling everyone else not to start editing it. You can't declare if someone else has already declared and hasn't done anything yet. As such, it's polite to finish declaring quickly by finishing your edits and posting them, letting someone else go. You don't need to declare on your base if no one else is there, because you can edit it at will. If someone else wants to explore your territory, or you want to go to a different square, however, you need to declare on the map of the person's tile. Cheshire declared on my tile "Declare Ross", to put his ship down. I declared "Declare Self" to react to Cheshire's ship on my border. It's essentially a way to keep turns from becoming confusing. THIS BECOMES EXCEEDINGLY IMPORTANT DURING COMBAT BETWEEN MULTIPLE PEOPLE. Don't stack declares, don't declare when someone else already has, and if you can't finish a declare, say "undeclare". Pretty simple, and I'll bet I just got ninjaed.

(Info on the turret system: The 6 smaller turrets on the ground serve as anti meteor/aircraft turrets, the projectile shoots out like a red laser and explodes very oddly, rather than exploding, it creates a rift in the air then sucking stuff in like a black hole, then imploding. The two other turrets are energy weapons that fire into the main gun, charging it for a massive blast, acting as a blast from two of the turrets at the same time. The main turret is the only one that can fire in a way that it can be used as artillery. Also, it can not be used very quickly, as it takes time for the energy to be reloaded.)

Right when I was about to announce my heavy flying command cruiser XB-0, new units including the officer who has a pistol and decreases accuracy of any nearby enemies slightly, myself Tex as the General of the Military, who has an accurate revolver, and also decreases accuracy of enemies but more, and Mobius, the elite fighter pilot, you declared. -_-

They aren't as powerful as they seem. The XB-0 came from off-map with some re skinned soldiers on board, the officer only affects them slightly, and Tex will only deploy once in a great while. If he's killed my army falls apart. The cruiser's wings can be taken off in a few hits and if they're gone the thing goes down. the turrets on it aren't too powerful and serve as support, the V-1 it was going to launch doesn't do too much damage, the aircraft can take off and land by defying gravity, (lol) the C-130 can't shoot and drops re-skinned soldiers, and the only one with true power in the group is Mobius, who does have a good amount of extra armor on his F-22A. Text Declare or something. [i]U.S.S. Chester, return to headquarters.[/i] Tex says to the captain of the Chester over the radio. [i]Roger that. Tek, get us back to base. The submarine, Stonehenge site, and XB-0 can handle it from here.[/i] The captain says to the man in the chair.

Not really, he doesn't even understand Ace Combat canon very well either.

You cannot declare on the same map at once. So even though Hobbesy has declared you can declare on your own place; as he only declare on his place.

-_- I know all about Ace Combat. This is fiction, let's stop making such a huge deal about my units, and focus on the GAME, m'kay? I'll send in XB-0 later. My heli remains in Hobbesy's map.
