I see... I'll let Shadow deal with that on next declare.
declare shadow. Declare me if people are still there. [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] After more than half of the Skynavians force was recalled to Terra to quash riots abot food prices, the severly weakened force makes its move on diploland. The meatbags first wave leave into high orbit and arive above the raging battle. The second wave consists of Urksars finest and will arrive soon.
Tech, Hobbesy's stuff on your map has actually gone.
Wait, tech, don't you have to go through elfs place first?
And Red's...
Wheres a damned deal with it gif when I need it?
If you are teleporting three squares across the world map, I don't think an animated dog with sunglasses is quite going to cut it.
What Chao said, you can't teleport across tiles. [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] Will declare and remove people when I finish my homework.
Declare on tooth.
Declare WM.
To help out in the conflict, and attack helicopter is sent. What the two pilots see in this desert is horrifying; giant batteries are spurting out fire, killing their brothers. They must pay... [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] I know that I deleted most of the bullets without making them hit, but they were just in the way and were only going to hit that sand anyway.

Declare Toothpicks.
I should probably be calling myself a hypocrit, but 100 posts in 12 hours is ridiculous. Declare self. Core resurfaces the old data on Black Temple and the massacre of Intergalactic Warp Ship 0100101, carrying a cargo of over ten thousand non-humanoid lifeforms from their dying homeworld. The subsequent battle had signaled the end of an era, and the beginning of aggressive territorial grabs from the surviving Trade Corporations. The Eastern Arm faction of Black Temple had been supposedly eliminated, taking the solar system with them, but to find another representative of the despicable conquerers wasn't unheard of. Unfortunately, it appears the tactic files had been corrupted in transit... A drone is hamstringed and goes crashing to the ground as another opens fire in response on the grunt. The next dart from the grunt will probably kill the drone though. The steel embeds itself into the dropship's armor, one finding a critical spot in the communications array, as the ship's AI is suddenly cut off from Core. In response, it raises up and unleashes a full infantry-suppression level burst directly into the unfortunate Amputee's face. The far off dropship releases a short burst dropping into combat, as the drone in the forward tower starts blasting at the shield.
The dropship - that was hit by the electrical weapon, shows no visible damage, though some of the onboard computers have short circuited, nothing too serious - drops off a small assault squad on top of the ship. Instantly, one of the heavier troops brings one of his fletchettes to bear onto the red camera (Something like that?) of the turret completely destroying it. The second heavy trooper thumps to the ground, and grasps one of the smaller turrets. It strains, but eventually rips off a large chunk of the turret and holds it in the air triumphantly. The Guass Shot from the first hover tank misses its initial target, but strikes one of the dropships The shot from the other hover tank explodes on the surface of the enemy craft. Meanwhile, the explosives explode, whilst the Mobile Fortress waits patiently.
I blew right threw your map. So get ridof the guys on your left.
Right i mean. Sorry. Was up pretty early.
Yusk you moaned that he instant killed some units.. and your dropship just took a direct hit from his main weapon and survived flawlessly.. does that not sound just slightly overpowered (bearing in mind you have another two following it)? :v:
Is that metal dropship electricity proof? :v:
I kinda find it OP that the tank shell has less than the explosion radius of a mortar round, but hey.
declare toothpick
I kinda find it OP that the tank shell has less than the explosion radius of a mortar round, but hey.
Sorry about that. I meant to do something that showed all the internal damage it did to the turret, but I was a bit stretched for time. You jammed the turret and took it offline with your tank. :v: Oh, and I kind of have a question. Who's moving who's projectiles? I'm still kind of confused with the whole bullets vs. missiles thing when it comes to shooting stuff.
Declare on me, Ross, Muffin
The bottom turret is left a smoking hulk while the one on top locks its cannon to the default position and charges for the next shot; and the AI controlling it decides that the best tactic would be to overpower the engines and initiate FULL RAMMING SPEED. The VTOL's major parts go up in flames and both begin to speed out of control towards the ground, one now turned into a kamikaze craft with its rockets unfired. The commander in control of the main base contacts The Consciousness and requests additional reinforcements. In the base's hanger a ballistic rocket's engines fire up and smoke fills its position as it begins to arch into the sky. [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] also, declare shadow because I forgot
Once you have invented exploding bullets... why would you use anything else? "Well either their combat logs were pretty inaccurate or the last one of us they found had some pretty backwards weaponry." Every single dart detonates in a flash of green energy. The explosions are little larger than golf balls, but have enough force to crack open the armour they've stuck themselves into. While one of the troopers loses most of his head and spirals down in flames, the other uses some speedy jetpack manouevering (more out of luck than any particular amount of skill) to avoid much damage other than a flesh wound on his leg, which when you have a jetpack and barely feel pain is little more than an inconvenience. The gunship generates a psychic bubble of its own, catching the missile neatly in a pocket of vacuum where it slows to a halt and rotates harmlessly in circles. The only disadvantage to this is that while it mantains the bubble it is unable to use any of its weaponry. The soldier riding it aims optimistically at the far gunship and starts firing but at this range it's pretty much guaranteed that he's not going to hit anything. Meathook deposits his friend neatly on the ground and takes cover by one of the enemy buildings where he is hopefully out of the line of sight of the soldier above. "God damn it, we are a scouting party not a warband. Send a call back home that we're under fire and need some support." "Acknowledged." He also considers moving to a new hiding place very soon, that cannon behind the window probably isn't decorative. [editline]1st February 2011[/editline] Noticing a bridge and some people, the jetpack trooper decides to hover down and say hello
Declare Self. I'm gonna get ganked here. :D
What, by two soldiers attacking an entire fortified base? I hope you're kidding ;)
The VTOL dives into the Stuka Drakes, a railgun bolt slicing through one's back. The transport speeds off to find a new LZ on the other side of Diploland while the Ant's commander is hailed. We're having a bit of a change in our current plans. Would you be willing to support our continued campaign on this planet in return for assistance with yours? If we stay divided we will only fall to the other major alliances one by one.
Declare me.
Two soldiers? Oh, right, those groundpods can't move. The dropship's armor groans as the bolts hit multiple points under the armor, disabling critical systems. Without Core telling it to back down, it lumbers higher, peppering the guns with the same infantry-suppression burst, as the second dropship adds it's contribution at the soldier on top. At the forward tower, the large cannonade trooper spins around as the shield drops and the two amputees drop to the ground. It commands the heavy plasma turret to overload, completely vaporising the unarmed grunt's head and burning through the Amputee's Commander's mental armor. That trooper up top probably isn't going to be able to hit the jetpacker, but it's still trying... Large ground turret warms up for an overload. Reinforcements move up as Core tries to figure out what to do.
The Drake hit in the neck begins to fall to its death, it desperately tries to slow its fall so its payload wont smash into the building, as the building draws closer it lets go of the bloater, thinking it has slowed itself enough that it will just land harmlessly on the building. Though the drake wont be so lucky. The Nates swarm the vessel, barraging it in Acidic darts that quickly begin to melt away at it. New underlings are born into the hive, though it would appear one of the eggs has started to mutate. Now just waiting for elf to do something :v: did not want to just start ripping his men to shreds without them fighting back.
Inactive declaring for me, redesigning something but still here.
