It was a choose-your-own adventure style series made on a chan, possibly 4chan in which the followers tried to command Ruby into to not succumbing to unfathomable whatevers. Weaver made it a long time ago I think it predates Problem Sleuth but don't hold me to that I dunno shit.
there's one command saying to carve a pumpkin to open a door and Ruby says she isn't sleuthy enough to do that so there is that

This may or may not have something to do with being part dog. also update on my adventure that nobody cares about.

I am going to listen to every Homestuck song before the new album comes out [editline]26th March 2012[/editline] See yall in 18 hours
I am going to listen to every Homestuck song before the new album comes out [editline]26th March 2012[/editline] See yall in 18 hours
I rated it funny, but then I actually checked. Between volumes 1-8, alternia and alterniabound, drawing dead, felt and strife, there is literally over 12 hours of music. Not how I'm missing a couple of the albums.
On the topic of Homestuck's popularization of OSTs for web related things, someone made an OST for Ruby Quest. However of note, it's not very good which is a bummer. The only song that I like is One Last Hurrah and that's only because it actually feels like somewhat of a song instead of just a leitmotif repeated over and over again with different tone.
You know what we need, and I'm surprised we don't have yet? A Problem Sleuth album. The Quickly Retrieved one doesn't count, since that was just an arrangement of music from other sources. Seriously, Jailbreak got one but Problem Sleuth hasn't? Someone make it happen.
I know I'm years late but I finally got around to asking a friend who has never read Homestuck to describe the characters.
Yeah, there's a million of those on deviantart, ranging wildly in quality and length.

The reaction to nepeta was mine exactly when I was introduced to homestuck.

Is Post-Scratch Feferi the only one of the ultrahighbloods that isn't a bloody tyrant?
Meena >>>>>>>> Feferi
Is Post-Scratch Feferi the only one of the ultrahighbloods that isn't a bloody tyrant?
Yes.

As a general rule of thumb, nearly all the /tg/ adventures are good/worth having a read. I said most though.
Updaaaate. Giant wall of text x2.
UPDATE [editline]26th March 2012[/editline] FUCK EVERYTHING
I'm having a hard time believing that 14-year-olds have a lexicon like this it's like reading a fucking thesaurus [editline]26th March 2012[/editline] WHAT ARE THEY EVEN TALKING ABOUT ANYMORE
I'm having a hard time believing that 14-year-olds have a lexicon like this it's like reading a fucking thesaurus
Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes had quite a vocabulary for a six-year-old

Well considering that she's apparently been watching over the entirety of Alternian history for all we know she could be really, really fucking old. Then again weird time shit dictates otherwise.
Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes had quite a vocabulary for a six-year-old
6 year olds can be quite precocious.
This update brings up something that nagged me about old cartoons. If phone calls were separated by a thin line, why don't we just step over it?
