The problem with mine was during the first 45 seconds of a call the person on the line could hear me, but I couldn't hear them.

I'm at my desk, I guess. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/5GBbe.jpg[/IMG] I propose a new rule to this thread, where you can't just use a picture you've already taken, so it's more of a 'challenge'. Go outside, take a photo of flowing water, whether it's natural or artificial, river or some drains, etc.

It's too disorganized to ask for that much effort. I'm not going to go out of my way to get a specific shot just for this thread, only to be ninja'd. I like it the way it is. It stays relatively fast paced, and there is a certain level of fun to seeking out creative ways to fit an image to a challenge description.

The weekly challenge could have a money prize at the end, and everyone could contribute some small amount that would give people tons of incentive to do it [editline]5th November 2011[/editline] we should only do that if we have a long long list of challenges planned out ahead of time though

I think it's a good idea going through your back catalogue to find a photo that matches the challenge. It's important to look back on your own work occasionally. You can see what you've done in the past and where you've come from as a photographer - which is where you can make improvements in the future knowing where you've gone wrong, or could have improved.
