I love how often we all show appreciation for eachother on here, it's a pretty cool thing to be honest. Like when I first met pick and blaze all we spoke of was how much we love the forum and how slim the chances are that any of us would have met without it. And now a few of us have crossed continents to visit eachother - madness.

I thought a hangover was mainly dehydration, and you should be getting more water rather than losing water.
I woke up hungover as fuck 4 hours ago and I drank like 2 liters of water and now I'm fine.
yeah ofc you should drink a lot of water no matter what, but other things can speed up recovery, like sweating is good because it gets all the gross alcohol bugs out your system
just like going for a jog can cure a hangover very quickly, because your heart is pumping faster so all the aforementioned gross alcohols in your system get processed faster and sweated out
but yes, again, you should always drink a lot of water when hungover
