Nikon D5000 with original 18-55 lens in functioning order, less than 10k shutter actuations for $150 + shipping too good to be true?

He has proved that it is his, and that it does indded fire/shoot a picture. Don't know what more to ask other than that. New to cameras. I was going to ask him to put it up as an eBay auction so that if he says it works and it doesn't, I'm covered.
Get c-types made mate, you won't regret it. Go to a real printer, not some mass 'family album' service

that was in response to adius
as soon as I can afford to get some rolls developed i'll have new shots up
scored myself some expired kodak max 400 not too long ago, fuck yes
I've got one roll in my minolta, might chuck the other one in a pentax so I can fuck shit up with my awesome lenses, just had a lack of inspiration/motivation towards photography recently because of drugs/girl issues, cleaning myself up and getting back into it though, hopefully I get this job i'm chasing atm so I can get dat income and start focusing on film photography some more

I don't know if you're actually serious about VFX or not but if you are I have a few tips.
Motion blur is your friend. Make sure you have it turned on for the bullet casing. If you want to make the muzzle more realistic, give that a quick blur too so it doesn't look so perfect. For added effect, create a few masks on a new golden-ish solid where light would hit for a flash. Then turn the opacity down and feather it a bit. That way it looks like the muzzle flash is actually flashing.
Good luck with the roto. It's a bitch.

it's all there.
Thought I'd share these, it's not exactly creative photography but I find it quite beautiful in its own way..

Aprox. 70,000 volts. I was hoping to use this to do Kirlan photography.
If the size is too big let me know and I'll scale it down. Taken with EOS 7D , long exposures.
You could probably turn the ISO down and still get some usable results, and it would look a lot cleaner.

The last two shots were with 3200 and 6400 respectively, which exposure comp almost all the way up. You're right though, It doesn't really need to be that high.

Just got my first set of 10x8 photos (standard, not fine art, wanted to test the waters first) from http://www.dscolourlabs.co.uk/ and I must say they are FANTASTIC, they look even better than the digitals.
Fantastic colour reproduction, the gamut is perfect for my prints and the price is outstanding!
VERY highly recommended.

i got a shitload of 12x8s off them and a load of 6x4s, apparently the exam board asked our school last year what printer we used they were so good :v:
These 10x8s are going to a local gallery to be sold. Will be going up to 20x16 eventually.
i have nothing for you for after death
well this is absolutely amazing
Wow the flickr update is amazing. 1tb space, upload your photos in full size, upload as many photos as you want. Basicly free pro membership for everyone.
Downgrading that shit to Free, no point in me using Pro anymore!
I wonder what happens with all pro users. Do they get a refund?
Now I may actually start using Flickr instead of 500px!

wow what the fuck I bought pro literally two days ago
[editline]20th May 2013[/editline]
Yep, it said you'll get a "prorated refund". Pro's are just ad free and have stats, otherwise 1tb of pics is more than enough for 99% of people
oh good

Just wanted to say the new flickr made me need to change my pants. So good.
This Saturday I get to ride on the back of this bike:

Round the UK with about 40 other riders taking photos, while my mate films it with his 5D on the other bike. Then after than we turn up to our event companies Space Ibiza event at Club Pacha, and photograph the event. Gonna be awesome. Btw if any of you guys are in London check it out, could sort out a discount for photobro's: https://www.facebook.com/events/520405598023920
I FINALLY SEE THE PINK. For ages people have been telling me my photos have this pinkish cast to them that makes them look really 'hot' or 'burned' and I've never been able to see it. That was until today when I was doing my first prints onto photo paper for my school annual art journal and I can totally see the pinkish cast! Can anyone recommend a good colour calibrator or is this a known fault in Retina Macbook Pro screens?
