What even is "full size"? Large format digital? I think it could be something lost in translation from Japanese and it means the largest sensor size in their line up, as they have a bunch of cameras with sensors smaller than aps-c. [editline]23rd August 2014[/editline] http://www.fujirumors.com/digital-medium-format-camera-fujifilm-coming-end-summer-new-anonymous-source/ Lol maybe.
We'll see soon enough. Not going to expect anything. Helps prevent dissapointments.
From what they've said about the X mount (and their focus on exotic APS-C focal lengths and apertures) I would remain a little weary on them just chucking a FF sensor in it, I would expect something RX1-like first to test interest vs APS-C. My thoughts anyway. Hoping for a Nex 5 alike FF, think I would prefer that to an A7 since I'm so familiar with it ergonomically. Expecting prices of a7 to drop a bit after photokina hopefully due to some sort of better camera announcement
Yeah I could see them doing something with a fixed lens like the X100S but FF/MF.

How the hell do you access your old Flickr-account after this Yahoo bullshit? My old photostream and username is visible on the website but there is no option anywhere to reclaim it...
Were you signing in with facebook or google? You still have that option, it just forces you to make a yahoo account when you sign in.
I bought a cheapo pair of sunglasses before going on the thing, I think they've pretty hugely affected my photography there by making everything look amazing. They're not even polarizing, the lenses are just brown plastic but it's some magic shit they do that every view and composition looks sick through them
That's actually really bad for your eyes. Shitty knockoff sunglasses don't block UV light, but still make your pupil dilate, because your eye doesn't know any better.

It's almost only if you buy fake designer glasses you have to consider whether they block UV or not.

Hey guys, not sure if it fits here but I've got a GalaxyTab (android) tablet and I'm looking for an application to edit videos - my concern is that this app will be compitable with MTS and Mov formats. Cheers. (If I'm on the wrong section I'd love to be redirected)
I'd say your best bet would be the Android Thread in Hardware/Software, unless someone here can help?
Fuji's Photokina page says they're going to show off a "full size sensor". If Fuji make a full frame digital I will sell a kidney.
They edited it to say APS-C now. Somebody at Fuji probably got a chewing out since I saw a lot of blogs and photo journalists talking about it and getting excited.
lookin for a cheap enlarger, doesn't have to do colour, 120 would be nice but isn't neccesary
Picking out a bunch of photos from my flikr to print out with some glossy photograph paper my dad has lying about.
I bought a disposable while driving down the Oregon coast, I haven't shot film since high school. I'm so excited to get it developed.
Can confirm putting your camera and lenses in the oven to dry them out quickly works Photo gear is a lot more durable than you expect I've found
Can confirm putting your camera and lenses in the oven to dry them out quickly works Photo gear is a lot more durable than you expect I've found
was it tasty?
the feeling of getting film devved and seeing photos you forgot you took and remembering everything about them the moment you see it is so nice.
the feeling of getting film devved and seeing photos you forgot you took and remembering everything about them the moment you see it is so nice.
so true, I've got 4+ rolls of BnW film I have to develop myself once school starts, some of the shots are nearly a year old.
I've got 3 rolls of film and another in my camera with a few shots left, all taken over the last 3 years and I've pretty much got no idea what on most of them [editline]27th August 2014[/editline] also got a free complimentary meal today for 2 at a really posh restaurant that's owned by one of the club chains I work for the meal for 2 we had would have come to £80 took my flatmate though because the life of a nightlife photographer is a lonely one, would not recommend for life
i have a load of exposed hp5+ sitting in a cupboard somewhere, must get it developed when i get back to school. we reopened the lab :)
took my flatmate though because the life of a nightlife photographer is a lonely one, would not recommend for life
ps this is just because nearly everyone I know now works nights so it's difficult to find people go out with at such short notice, not because I don't have any friends lol
