Shot my sisters wedding, horrible experience, was tired from the drive and totally missed the shots that count.
Completely destroyed any ambition I have for photography lately.
I don't even have words to describe how defeated I feel going through editing them.

Hey, man don't give up! Weddings are stressful. Take a break and/or go somewhere pretty and just take it all in through your eyes and your camera! It'll hopefully reinvigorate your drive.

i'm sure they can't be that bad. don't beat yourself up, chief. at the very least, even if you didn't get what you wanted in terms of quality, your mind was in the right spot.
Well I got the pictures done and sent them to my sister. She loves them, so that's a relief.
They are by no means up to the standard I envision, but it certainly makes me feel better knowing that.

Got my film back. The shots look promising! Such a pain though to have them and not being able to upload them because I have no decent scanner.
I'm going on a 3-week bike trip with my best friend through Germany tomorrow.
1300 km
Of course I can't take my camera but maybe a little point and shoot.
Wish me luck.
why cant you take your camera, i'd take mine.
Extra weight.
I'm working in a new town/city and I thought I'd search Flickr for some places of interest/inspiration...

bloody hell man, that sounds stressful
don't worry about it too much though. if it makes you feel any better, i hate pretty much everything i've done that was for someone else to some specifications (although it was just paid stuff rather than something like a sibling's wedding), but other people said it looked alright; i think that feeling is mostly because you were working under pressure and weren't in the usual state of mind that you'd be in if you were taking stuff just for yourself, so it doesn't look right when you look back at it
taking stuff for other people is its own challenge, don't let that put you off though
Put three rolls through the 67 over my time in Melbourne, hopefully I'll have enough shots to put together my first "assignment" based set.
Soon, I get to play the game of "get a roll of film developed, find out which roll you gave them!"
I probably should have labeled them. Ah well, not expecting anything good from any of them, anyway.

As soon as I buy more C41 dev, I get to play the game of "Who actually shot this whole disposable camera and for what." It expired in 2006, I'm sure it was finished probably a year or so before that.
I think it's quite exciting.
Finally got myself a scanner. Won't let rip me off anymore.
redid my cargo. tell me what ya think

I think the navigator is way too subtle, the fact you have to look for it is not too good
Going to get searched by the police then go to London. Gonna try to get some shots in.

Does anyone know a good filehost where I can dump gigabites worth of pictures and download them again without the download cutting out halfway trough? I have tried filedropper but it's atrocious, it just cuts out randomly.
I need to get my RAW files from my Ubuntu desktop to my Windows laptop, I have already tried to set up a network between the 2 with samba but that didn't work out too well and I don't have any mass storage such as MP3 player or USB stick right now.

Come to think of it I actually don't like the taste or consistency of salmon.
Come to think of it I actually don't like the taste or consistency of salmon.
My uncle made some salmon one time that I absolutely loved. Which is weird, because I hate most seafood, except for fish sticks and canned tuna (do those even count as seafood?)
Also, the internship I've been doing for the past what seems like forever is turning in to a job!
