does anyone here use computer post processing on their film pictures (like color correction, noise reduction, ect)
Never use any ever, personally feel it detracts from the films nature.

I have only ever used it for color correction, mostly fixing white balance screwed up by florescent lights. [editline]26th August 2013[/editline] I am shopping for a wide angle lens for my minolta, should I go with the 35mm 2.8, or the 28mm 2.8? I already have the 45mm 2, and the 50mm 1.7.

do you scan yourself? I've never had problems like that, but I get mine scanned where they're developed.
yes. The color cast is from developing myself and being bad at it
Kudos to you for doing it tho. I need to learn and more money is just flying out of my pocket the more I procrastinate.
i don't do it anymore because of the aforementioned

does anyone know what's causing my camera to make these weird colorful pixels when I try to to very long exposures? for example: [img]http://i.imgur.com/Sk6q2kS.jpg[/img] although it looks very cool, I was trying to simply get this but with trails: [img]http://i.imgur.com/WecNXIk.jpg[/img] [editline]30th August 2013[/editline] or here's another example: [img]http://i.imgur.com/AahuTQJ.jpg[/img] if you look closely, you can see all these weird colorful pixels: [img]http://i.imgur.com/xfcDEIQ.jpg[/img] [editline]30th August 2013[/editline] (im not talking about the red tint to the first image, im guessing that's because the car drove by) [editline]30th August 2013[/editline] (im talking about the "flecks" in the image that look like stars except they aren't because they don't move) [editline]30th August 2013[/editline] all of these were shot with iso 100
