Hello guys! this is my first post in this part of this forum. I've been uploading some stuff to my SoundCloud, I'll show you my "favorite" to see what you think, I'm planning to evolve into a full kind of post-rock song. https://soundcloud.com/luismarcano/m Thanks :), willing to give advice on your songs as well.
I'm too tired to properly determine whether or not you've added a second guitar in or just started playing the lower register as well in the last bit, but it sounds awful muddy and kinda gross. The first 3/4 are nice and clear but it falls short at the end.
In other news, you'll probably get sick of me posting soon- I redid the mixing on 10B and exported it in much higher quality, you can seriously make out all of the parts now and I think it sounds much more interesting, hopefully better. As always don't bother with anything before :25
Haven't really shared anything with anybody before (apart from close friends). Here's a bit of madness I've been working on: I don't really know a lot about producing and that, but whatever. Thank you for listening!

Thanks for the thought! I want them to be very low key, so I think next mix I'll try to boost the volume but lower the velocity a bit. Actually I should probably just simplify the part a bit.

The rest of the song sounds relaxing, if that's what you're going for, I think it would help. This is good though, I could see it being the background music at the end of a movie or something.
Relaxing at the start, and then I wanted it to shift to kind of a melancholy yet uplifting (if that's even possible) sort of feel. Like a driven yet bittersweet sort of thing.
hey guys, I'm back with another work in progress of my demo It's a little bit more of trance than an electro Like always, feedbacks and critics are welcome

a lil' silly demo of something I'm doing.
Second time I've made a song with samples. Every single thing in there was a noise made by me somehow. Ukulele as itself and bass, a melodica, my angelic voice for the choir and trumpety thing, snaps and taps, and a balloon filled with water for a snare drum. Updated this one that I was working on earlier

https://soundcloud.com/monsieurangry/bhk-sample-pack-comp/s-RiwmU Here's an entry for a production contest I'm entering. The rules were that you could only use the samples given to you by the contest hosts. It was a really fun way of working, focusing mainly on arrangement and making the samples sound as different from the original as possible with tons of fx and fun stuff. What do you guys think?

Obviously a lot of work goes into something like this but it could use more of a solid instrument or line for the ear to follow instead of a bunch of instruments doing their own thing? I don't know, I'm just rambling, and even though I think Jontron is great I don't actually know his theme song. Aaaand shitty segue to my thing I guess! I think whatever I've got here is okay for a WIP but it's mostly just to try and keep my momentum going so I don't stop making things and get lazy again.
