Does that somehow invalidate my suggestions and criticisms? I never understood this stupid bullshit excuse of "oh well I didn't try very hard" or "well I didn't spend much time on it". It's a plague here, not just in this thread but in Creation as well.
If you aren't proud of what you made, why would you post it? And if you are proud, then just own up to whatever anyone says. Defend your position or consider theirs. Frankly I don't even think my criticism was very harsh, it was just a mild suggestion.

He probably just uses standard compression with a snappy attack, it really isn't difficult.
So I'm making a song for the credit sequence in this minute short film for school. It's like a deadpan comedy type deal, and I can't decide which of these songs, if either, is good for it. Please give me some input here, I'm dyin'

i literally just put a compressor on them
i dont turn any knobs or change any settings
just throw a bitch on there
i dont even know what half the knobs and shit on compressors do

I've had this melody running through my head for the past few days and I decided today that I should probably write it down. I am no where done with this piece, because as I've said I just started it today.
Anyways, this is a piano piece and the name is a placeholder for now.
