Jets in BF2 were almost entirely air-to-air (shooting other jets and choppers down)
Bombing runs were really hard, but I agree that he should have showed it off.

I think you have to unlock missiles/laser guided bombs to be able to outfit your plane with them.

So you start out with just a gun? At least the gun looks decent.

A jet's priority in Battlefield always has and always will be to take down enemy jets/helicopters. Control of the sky is essential, once they have control they can start bombing.

I'm glad that so far there doesn't seem too much Air - Ground combat. It was never any fun to constantly be carpet bombed and being unable to do much about it.

I was thinking about that yesterday while sniping, and in the mean time someone sneaked up on me with a tank and shot me at point blank
