You posted an incredibly rare disease that sounds remotely cool, influx of hundreds of Facepunchers who suddenly realize they have it. Coincidence, thy name is Facepunch.
The stupidity of Facepunch on a scale threw 1-10 it would be 11²

And yet your post is less intelligent than most on Facepunch. Odd.

Furthered my point. (It was a joke)
Sounds like something really trippy to have. I organize my months and days by color, but nothing else, but I'm sure a lot of people do that.
Furthered my point. (It was a joke)
Well it sucked, bye.
Everytime I hear the oboe it feels like someone put flaming feces in my mouth.
It's horrible because I'm in a band.
Furthered my point. (It was a joke)
Well, it was a pretty shitty joke.
E = mc²
I never knew you could do superscript on Facepunch. Huh.
Anyway, whenever I'm really hot and tired, I always imagine this:

I can't describe what's on it... It's really hard to explain. It has wrinkles on it and these cold, green eyes... Thinking about it, it's kind of scary. :ohdear:

It's unicode, FP supports unicode.

What do you mean?

What does that have to do with synesthesia? You just look silly now.
I have a minor form of this with colors, mainly affecting letters and numbers. (Grapheme-color)
For example, A is (comfortable, friendly-feeling) red, B is (bright, sharp) yellow, C is a cool blue, D is a horrible purple-ish color.
This may have contributed somewhat to my academic success.
Sound gives me deep vibrating sensations, almost like my body is vibrating in tune with it.
It's not visible, and it is very subtle but it has always been there.
I think you guys are mistaking mental thought for synesthesia.
I might be wrong, but from what I understand, synesthesia is basically "personifying ideas" in order to relate to them, or something along those lines.

Completely disregard that I may be incorrect in my definition of synesthesia, you must call someone stupid for making a joke.

I get that feeling when I sit on a washing machine.
ITT awkward teens try to make out they're special
I somehow taste loud noise.
Like, every day noises, even being on a crowded sidewalk in bad traffic I don't feel it but when I'm blasting music and such I tend to get funny tastes in my mouth. :v:
I have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_form
I was reading up on wikipedia about the different forms, then as soon as I saw this, I realised I've had it since i remember, without noticing that it was something "unusual".
Studies say that as many as 1% have recognizable Synesthesia.
Sure, there could be more than a few people with it here, and the % of synesthetes could be higher because of it not being recognized. Also, I am pretty sure it is life-long, so if you had when you were younger, you probably didn't have it at all.
Yeah i uh i have it, i make entire mythoses and canons to fit characters and worlds of my own creation.
First thing i could think of was inception.
I visualize weeks. Saturday and Sundays are always bigger in my visualization somehow. I visualize any kind of time.
I don't visualize letters like on the wiki page, so to say I have synesthesia, I doubt it.
I know exactly what food tastes like just by seeing it, but idk if you can call that synesthesia.
I sometimes hear stuff that's not there, when I look to my iPod and wanna hear a song, I can be so sure I am actually listening to it.
Sometimes I ask my friends "don't you think this song is cool?" and they reply with "what are you talking about? what song?"
Creepy shit.
ITT: Most of facepunch are 13 and think they have a very rare neurological condition :downs:
Yeah i have it!
Oh wait nvm just looking for attention.
