Ok, If Iran surrounded and boarded an Israeli ship in international waters, that would be a problem. If the Israeli ship was going to Iran and planned to not go through any customs, searches or even let them onto the boat, then that's less of a problem. If once the Iranian forces got on, the Israelis started beating the shit out of them, then they are just stupid. Leaving out details doesn't make a better case, it makes you uninformed.
As for the international waters thing, they should of waited til they got in Israeli waters only because then you wouldn't have people like this claiming it's piracy and illegal and thinking that carries weight. It's like a bureaucrat saying because you didn't fill out this form, everything is invalid. All they are doing is picking on stupid little details and saying techincally, they did something wrong.

Just because they didn't get the result you wanted, it's a conspiracy. Just because their military is the one who commited the crimes, they are unfit to investigate. Tell the US that they can't conduct any investiagtions into misconduct because they might be biased and instead have to get the UN to do a 3 year study into what might of happened.
