[QUOTE=JaegerMonster;39362296]go read what exactly motherfucker? You're the one making the (retarded) claim, YOU bring the evidence to the table. [editline]26th January 2013[/editline] The fact you think dairy has some magical function that impedes weight loss means I'm ready to write you off as a retard already, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, go ahead.[/QUOTE] I don't get why you feel the need to be an ass on the internet, but here's why. In a large part of the population there is a dietary restriction on dairy that causes way more problems than benefits from eating it as part of your diet. It also appears most people (estimated at 75%) lose the ability to create most of the enzymes needed to digest dairy properly, even if you're not lactose intolerant, having more than a single item of dairy a day can seriously hamper how quickly you digest food. This effects weight loss. Not to mention, you can get calcium from other sources like dark green leafy vegetables, sesame tahini, sea vegetables, and sardines or salmon with the bones. There is also substantial evidence that our bodies barely absorb the nutrition within cow's milk (especially pasteurized) and that it leads to a net loss in calcium. Why you probably ask, because milk is an acidifying animal protein, and it causes a natural reaction within our bodies to dispose of as much of the milk as quickly as possible. Thus, we see a de-calcification of the bones as the body doesn't realize the difference in the calcium from cows milk from the calcium within our bones. In more recent studies, Vitamin D seems like the more powerful contributor to healthy bones rather than calcium. Not to mention its filled with saturated fat, you know, the bad kind. Further information on calcium also debunks the "Savings Account Theory" on calcium as people who had dairy AND worked out, were more likely to fracture their bones than someone who didn't drink as much dairy AND worked. Again, going along with the sapping calcium concept I mentioned earlier. As for proof, the FTC (Federal Trade Comission) looked into the USDA claims to milk being an all around good workout/good health item, and found it wasn't for these reasons. 1. Milk doesn't benefit sports performance (before, at least) 2. No evidence that milk is good for bones or for preventing osteoporosis 3. Increased milk drinking is linked to higher rates of heart disease 4. It contributes to health problems like IBS, allergies, sinus problems, infections, type 1 diabetes, chronic constipation 5. You don't need dairy as much as you need what is in dairy, the Vitamin D and the calcium 6. People don't need as much calcium as is currently recommended by the USDA This is why I say to avoid dairy for the most part.
and not a single citation was provided that day [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] p.s "Not to mention its filled with saturated fat, you know, the bad kind." There's nothing inherently bad about saturated fats, it's 2013 not 1980, we left the fat scare behind long ago. "1. Milk doesn't benefit sports performance (before, at least)" And this means what exactly? You don't turn into usain bolt from eating vegetables before exercising either, but I don't see you telling people to avoid that shit. It's proteins, fats, electrolytes and sugars. It's as complete of a nutrition drink as any dumb "sports formulated" product out there" "5. You don't need dairy as much as you need what is in dairy, the Vitamin D and the calcium" yeah you don't need fruit or vegetables either, you need what vitamins and nutrients is in them. This is fucking dumb logic. Go subsist off multivitamin tablets and isocaloric foodstuffs if you really like. "4. It contributes to health problems like IBS, allergies, sinus problems, infections, type 1 diabetes, chronic constipation" Citations all needed. And highly debatable. But best of all, I like this one: " having more than a single item of dairy a day can seriously hamper how quickly you digest food. This effects weight loss." LMFAO. In one fell swoop not only do you not provide any evidence for why this would happen, but you also suggest that digestion rates affect fat loss. GJ 10/10

Ok you fat fuck here's some quick tips for losing fat: - Don't eat shit, what I mean is cut away all unnecessary sugars and fats. Just eat regular healthy food. I shouldn't need to say anything more. - To boost fat loss go jogging 3-5 a week. Preferably in the morning right after you wake up, before breakfast. Yes before. Your body will have used all the stored energy in the night and now it will start to use your fat as energy. - If you go jogging daytime, evening, whenever else. After the jog, avoid eating anything for 45 - 60 minutes. Same shit as above, your body will use fat as energy to restore muscles. - Don't eat shit before going to sleep. Especially sugars, fruit included. Eating sugary shit in the evening makes you feel hungry as a motherfucker in the morning resulting in you eating like a slob for breakfast. - Steady small meals, not no big ass 800 kcal meals at a time try to keep it at least under 500 kcal. And when you go jogging, aim to jog over 30 minutes. Not hard unless you're a fat ass motherfucker. If you go under 30 your body won't start to burn fat. 20 minute jogs are something that retards do.
ok
