My entire family is christian (except for me and my mom), there's three churches in my town. Out of every christian person I know, and there's a lot, only 2 of them don't believe in evolution, and neither of them have a good reason why.
Just because a person is christian doesn't mean they're a fucking idiot. To believe that is nothing but ignorance.
People don't seem to understand Evolution has and does continue to happen. The "Theory" of evolution is the current theory in explaining how and why evolution happens.

We evolved along with the other great apes, not monkeys. Our most recent common ancestor was an ape, and we still belong to the hominidae family, which includes all of the great apes. (Monkeys are a different thing altogether than apes, and there are two types of monkeys to make that even more confusing.)

i think it is he wants to keep his faith as much as possible. He likes his faith but yet he knows alot of it is fake so he takes out the obviously fake parts. as time goes on people will take more and more out of there faith until it is gone.

In this post for some reason you thought I was implying that Christians are idiots or ignorant for not believing in evolution, when that is not the case.
I personally think that people can believe in what they want to and I'm not one to stop them unless they are inflicting harm.
