I haven't read the new testament yet, just the old (which I read cover to cover, was a great read really). I did a study of judaism but when it comes down to it christianity is extremely similar to judaism except for the basis that christianity is centered around belief (belief gets you into heaven) while judaism is centered primarily around actions and is a general code of conduct for life (your actions, not what you think is what gets you into heaven)
and the whole thing with paul brining the gentiles into judiasm etc etc

USA shows how the world has to operate in the future if a peaceful environment is to be maintained.
When the USA was being brought into existence each state was more like its own country and often had feuds over currencies and trade agreements with neighboring states. This is how the world needs to be and will eventually be, USA is what the world has to be and you cant deny this. Everyone needs to be represented and the United Nations is a step in the right direction.
