I often draw in class, sometimes it look awesome, although my draw skills are pretty basic, are there any tips on how to improve shading and similiar? Or to get 3D effects.

First rule of artistry, you must be your worst critic. However, there are plenty of shading, 3D tutorials if you google them.
Not to discourage you though! Keep drawing every chance you get and soon you'll develop your own style.
