That's exactly the problem with mine. Sometimes I barely get it wrong and it does not work out at all.
I shat bricks on how my Tau's legs came out. That's usually my downfall on every picture is everything past the torso.

What I've been doing in digital art to get the quality and realism I wanted is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm getting better, but other times I am disappointed with what I wanted.
Something I worked on to experiment with perspective and certain brushes for realism. I'm still trying to perfect myself with the anatomy of people, and perspective.
