The maths/science jokes are usually good.

The relationship stuff always seems incredibly forced, and it leeches funny away from the good jokes sometimes, which is terrible.

The Xkcd comics have some smart, yet very special jokes.

I understand that some people might not like this kind of humor, but that's no reason to call people who do names and argue about it.

The goatse thing is not really funny to me, the joke itself(while well executed) requires no effort at all and that's just not my kind of humor. But that's no reason for me to start talking down to others.

XKCD isn't meant to be funny all the time, but it can be pretty funny. Some of the stuff he makes is just cool, like the graphs charting gravity wells or character progression in popular movies.

This recent one is pretty funny:
