One time I was at my friend's house and his 4 year old sister threw a GameCube controller at his face and broke his tooth in half.
It's still like that.

Primarily Orthopaedic Surgery, however I do have a background in General Surgery and have attended a few seminars with regards to Neurological surgery. Those are only out of interest, as Neurological Surgery is well beyond my degree classifications.

you can't say that.
I've cracked 3 teeth before.
Luckily they were all baby teeth that needed to come out anyway.

It is only illegal for me to practice medicine outside of the state of New York.
As far as I am aware, I have not yet performed any medical procedures on the OP through the internet.
Put the tooth in ice, this is very serious!
Actually milk is better because it needs calcium to survive.
Okay listion...this is what you have to do... Once the cops find out they will track you down. In New York by the Statue of Liberty (heh i just got her name) you will find a man named Zeke. Tell him what happend and he will give you what you need. A fake pass port and 200$. Use it to get into Canada. Lay low up here for about a year or 2 then you should be good to go back.
I have done this to all of my farthest molars, and my bottom right wisdom tooth as well. Pretty common I heard.

This is true.

When I was 9 and my bro was 11 he stole my Pokemon Red Game and I punched him in the face and his tooth fell out.
superglue it back in
Could work actually. Super glue is used all the time for internal tissue repair (2-octyl cyanoacrylate is used instead of the ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate because the latter generates heat when curing and is ever-so-slightly toxic, while the previous is a little more flexible. They both, however, create fumes that irritate all mucus membranes). I use it for small cuts instead of band aids. Stops bleeding instantly, too.
A bullet cures everything.
Once i rammed a parked car down hill and broke my two upper tooth's. Didn't hurt just bleed like hell.
And now the broken part has been substitute with plastic T_T

Go to the dentist, he will help you.

I once chipped my canine. I went and all she did was polish it down.
Is it a baby tooth or an Adult tooth? Cause Adult tooth can never grow back
[editline]12:02AM[/editline]
and avoid eating hard candy for a while
Put it in a glass of milk and put that in the fridge.
It's what I did when I broke my front tooth. Got the dentist to "glue" the piece back on the very same day. You can barely see it was ever broken :D
Good luck!
I still have a tooth I have yet to get taken care of, One of the teeth in the far back, it's pretty much gone, all the way up to the Gum. It's like a tree stump at ground level. I don't know why it doesn't hurt
28.5 hours to go..
Woo..
Actually, if you put the piece of tooth in a cup of milk (im not sure what types best) it will a lot a lot longer than in any other substance. (okay i was a little late with that)
Milk is calcium, tooth is bone. You drink milk for the calcium to make your bones stronger, so if a tooth breaks this is the best was to keep it preserved.
However, if you did put it on ice, then it could be irreparably damaged if it had direct contact because the extreme cold would have killed the cells (basically) same goes with body parts, never apply them directly to ice, wrap them in something first. But in this case ice wouldn't have done much to save the tooth and the part probably cant be re-attached.
So, Bone goes in milk.
And, Flesh or something with a blood supply gets wrapped and places in ice. Not directly applied!
:science:
I know! Go on FP and make a thread on it.
My top right furthest back molar (not the wisdom tooth, 2 up from it) is cracked to hell, there is about 1/4 of it left, it doesn't hurt, I can stick half a toothpick into my face through the hole, and that just makes me twitch a few times...
[editline]11:42AM[/editline]
After re-reading that, that sounds pretty fucked up....
