Only downfall of alcohol for me is that I always sleep in way too much, I was asleep for about 16 hours today and couldn't pick up any bud because I felt like shit.
I like alcohol but I can't do it without other people around. Or I just don't. I dunno, it tastes gross and I find when I'm alone I just concentrate on how gross it tastes and I treat it like a task and it always makes me sick. When I'm out I just drink a fuckload without really noticing and get fucked and have a good time.
Back when I was in Japan I'd drink like a third of a two six in ten or fifteen minutes though just to get really fucked really fast when I was on my own and bored.
Anyways I like weed because it's fucking amazing and great in so many situations. I like going to lectures baked, working baked on slow days, getting baked and slamming back coffee on fast days, lots of stuff. Everything but parties and shit which alcohol covers. If you're going to do just two drugs alcohol and weed really cover almost all of your bases. I'd miss coffee though. Coffee is the shit mang.

Yeah, its way more fun to be drunk when you are not alone.
Another negative side effect for me is always have to piss every ten minutes or so.

i dunno why people have to compare drugs that don't have anything to do with each other, or say a certain drug is bad. especially when if used right most drugs will either have minimal or no negative effects at all.
seriously you don't have to choose between a spliff or a jack n coke, you can sip on that green and smoke on that liquor at the same time.
