The last one they showed was fairly easy. Odd negatives = negative. Even negatives = positive.
I lost at 24 * 5 though. I thought it was 96.
:downs:
just do *10 and half it. its far easier to get to the nearest multiple of 5 and then just add up or down if you need to. for example 17x18 you could either do 340-34 or 270+36
I can't do head calculus for shit, and even if you're really good at it this is pretty hard to do within the short timelimit.
You don't wanna get it wrong on TV, pressure is huge.
I forgive all of these children.
The math itself is easy yes, doing it on TV, so quickly with no tools is a lot harder.
Here from my computer desk I was able to do them pretty decently fast, but I'd get too nervous to be honest knowing I was in front of the whole world.
How can you guys be so bad at this?
to *5 just *10 and half.
Supposedly he is leaving the show because he is "under fire" for not making one of the child contestants feel good enough about losing... lol.
Last one did get me tbh. Took a little while to process it, compared to the others
What is "Common Core"?
what the fuck is this shit?
1+2+3+4+5=15
okay that's straight forward.
so what's the problem here?
