OP good work. Tell me does your workout plan cater entirely toward weight loss, or are you attempting to build muscle as well? I've had to cancel my Gym membership but using some resistance tubing I've managed to keep up a fairly decent level of resistance training.
If you have gained muscle mass from working out regularly, you probably eat more than 800 calories a day. Although, if you lose that much every day, than that's probably good for you or something.

Since this is about running and treadmills and stuff, what would be the best way to train myself to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes or less?
