I have however developed a nasty habit of posting about my problems on here though, it seems. I think over time I've become a little more loose lipped about it. My dad just hates everyone and everything, but he thinks he's normal and most other people are fucked in the head. The other day he flipped shit on my mother yelling at her and everything. I woke up and got ready for work to see him standing there, first thing he says is "Your mother is a cunt. A fucking cunt.", went on about women being stupid bitches and not to bother doing anything for them, don't bother chasing pussy across the country (referring to my girlfriend who is in Newfoundland for school), then he goes on to explain, "She let me sleep in, while she sat on the computer". Well, apparently he kept hitting the snooze button as he usually does every single morning, but this time he hit it too many times. My mom was in the next room on the computer and obviously wasn't counting how many times he hit the snooze... So he got up and started flipping out on her about that, then continued on to bitch about a dozen other things. He tends to do that, when he's mad about one thing, he's got a thousand other things to yell about. And it's all our fault that he has no money, not his. He bought a pool and a motorcycle in the same year, just bought a new truck, buys add-ons for both the bike and the truck (has to be chrome and he just had to get the bike painted...) but because he told my mom to go buy herself some jeans for Christmas, she apparently sits on the computer buying clothes, and that's where the money went. She spent $12 on an outlet site. And today he's telling her "Oh, I wasn't mad."

Let's see:  two medium coffees - 140 mg x 2 = 280 mg  eight espresso shots - 45 mg x 8 = 360 mg (640 mg)  one medium iced cappuccino - 120 mg (760 mg) Oh, and I had a pepsi when I left which is 38 mg. So that'd be 798 mg of caffeine in 10 hours.
My rule is to try and not do more than 600mg in a day
It's medically advised to stay around 120 mg per day to avoid dependence and health issues later in life.
