I have a question for Atheists,
If you don't believe in any afterlife then what do actions now even mean to you?
They make me feel happy, inside.
"Allow me to share something with the entire class. Last night as I was grading papers, I came across two gems both entitled "Cells are Bad" and both with just one paragraph which I unfortunately committed to memory: "Cells are bad. My uncle lives in a cell. It's ten foot by twelve and he has to read the same boring, old magazine everyday. The end." Although my standards are nowhere near where they used to be I could not bring myself to put As atop those beauties."
I have a question for Atheists,

Because- that's why!
I have a question for Atheists,
If you don't believe in any afterlife then what do actions now even mean to you?
That was...random.
For me my actions now don't mean anything towards an afterlife. I live for my own personal enjoyment for the most part. I don't live for any god or try to be good so I will get into heaven, I just live my life how I want because I know it's the only life I will ever get.
Yea, pro-war people do favor it over other solutions. Just about everyone agrees that War is necessary at some point. The difference is where they consider it necessary.
No, everyone doesn't. At every war there has been people pushing anti war messages, but at every small conflict there aren't people pushing for war.
They mean what I feel that they mean. And I feel that violent and destructive actions are detestable and should be avoided and punished. And most atheists agree with me.
Why? What have you to lose or gain?
Are the only guides in this pitiful existence the shriveled cries of what you call your morals?
I have a question for Atheists,
If you don't believe in any afterlife then what do actions now even mean to you?
They mean the respect of the people around me, and they mean my mark in history. I would prefer to have my mark be a good one, thank you.
Why? What have you to lose or gain?

Yes, pretty much. It might seem depressing to you but really what else do we have? You make the best of what you got, and since this is all we will ever get we better live life.
Why? What have you to lose or gain?

If you are here to argue that atheist start wars, thousands of years of history is against you.

Why should they respect you for "good" deeds. Humans invented good and evil. Pain is a natural reaction to potential damage in a body, to cause pain is not truly evil. Therefor how could they truly view your causing of pain to be disrespectful? What have you done wrong?

What mean does anything you do if you only to do it for reward or to avoid damnation?

I have to lose the warm feeling inside. And I have to gain the warm fuzzy feeling inside.
And you know what, that's probably what you follow too you little poser pussy. Cause last I heard you don't stone your town's gays, now do you?
You don't give a fuck about the bible. You just listen to the bits you already agree with, just like everyone else. Those "shriveled cries" are the only law in the land motherfucker.

To cause pain is a destructive act, I dislike destructive acts, I avoid and punish destructive acts as is prudent.
Evil is as we define it to be. It is and always has been so, even for you patty ass religious folk.

I belong to no religion, I believe your judgments to be false accusations generated by an emotional outcome to my inquiry into the system you know as Atheism. Pain is a natural reaction to potential damage in a body, we do not create it and it has no morals. It is a 1 or 0, a toggle done to us by our CNS. What do we truly destroy if we are our own alpha and omega? If we are nothing, guided by nothing than what does any of it matter?

They mean more than yours do. If you're just acting to get into heaven because you need a reward to be good, you're a fool. If we only have one life, don't you think every action in it matters more than if you say.. have a second chance?
I belong to no religion, I believe your judgments to be false accusations generated by an emotional outcome to my inquiry into the system you know as Atheism.
Cut the shit. You don't know how to use those words, so don't fucking use them.
And there is no system of atheism. Take your first grade philosophy thoughts to the playground where they belong.

One rule always remains universal, no matter what the culture, religion, or rules. Do onto others what you want done to you. maybe not to be taken too literally and there's always those not really right in the head, but why inflict pain onto someone when you don't want them to inflict pain onto you?

As I stated earlier I belong to no religion.

Ah yes, that is a good quote from the Bible. One of many truly overlooked by the arrogance of anti-religious persons.

Not really. The vikings hardly thought that.
They were bigger and tougher and they wanted something the Celts had so they loaded up into their longboats and sacked some towns.
As I stated earlier I belong to no religion.
You don't need to belong to a religion to act like an ignorant child it seems.
I belong to no religion
False, you believe in a higher power that cast judgement onto which has set up rules to follow. Either that or you're an idiot who just asked us something you could have answered yourself.

Except for the religion of pretentiousness.
It's almost as good as the bit where the holy man gives his daughter to the rapist crowd to be gang banged. Good book.
If anything atheism is a step backwards ideologically speaking,
How can man truly shout to the stars, "I am all there is and no more."
Could you be more arrogant?
Ah yes, that is a good quote from the Bible. One of many truly overlooked by the arrogance of anti-religious persons.
A religion might have written it but it certainly existed long before some nut wrote it in the bible.
Not really. The vikings hardly thought that.

But the Celts were equally believed to be out for land and power. Maybe it was true, maybe it wasn't, but the struggle for power follows those rules. A bit irrationally, but still.

Because atheism = disbelief in extraterrestrial life?

i no man is like the sum of an unfinished equation comped into the ergo of mans unhuman nature then he shouteth unto the lord "whyeth dont thou helpeth mine flock" and the lord answers with the scilence of a thousand lambs
And you don't know what atheism means(in fact, you don't seem to know what most words you use mean), gd jub

Could you be more ignorant? No. It isn't. Saying that we came from a being we can't comprehend, and yet, created us as entirely flawed beings? No, I think that's a step backwards. Atheism doesn't say we are alone. It says that there is no god. Nothing else. Guess what? Elegance of simple equations tops the complexity of an all knowing, and all powerful being.

Hammurabi code bitchez
But they didn't now did they? Because they were too busy getting buttfucked by the vikings. And so I'm pretty sure the vikings weren't privy to their plans.
Because atheism = disbelief in extraterrestrial life?
No, because it declares there is no higher power than man. You may tell me you are sure of the lack of such a force, a being, a presence, after you turn over every stone in this universe. Until then your declarations against others will fall on deaf ears.
