Can someone tell me if this happens to anyone else? When I get rated any rating and it shows in the ticker, the ticker completely halts and refuses to show any new posts and the rating notification sits at the top of the ticker until I refresh 500 times, or wait about 5 minutes. The only new thing it will show is new ratings. It gets super annoying.

Why does the "Last Activity" thing not show on certain profiles? Is it some exclusive mod-only setting?

From what I can tell, it's only with users that are currently online and in invisible mode
