At the moment buying a title for a friend costs twice as much as for yourself, and buying it for yourself is $20, so for a friend it's $40 (with the same mentality). As long as it's cheap, we will start seeing alot of people with rude/offensive names. And it would scare new people away, if they would have their names changed regularly. Also if you change your name, do you log on under the new name? Then if you'd change the name of a friend he wouldn't be able to log in anymore.
