Usually you don't get perma'd for having a perma'd alt unless you have been told to never come back.

Maybe it's somethign with the way garry has them set up?

How do some obvious alts stay unbanned? I've always wondered how even when half the forum knows they're on an alt, they don't get banned. Are there exceptions?
