mods do nothing but abuse admin powers
I think the moderators show good moderation when moderating this moderate forum.
mods do nothing but abuse admin powers
This makes no sense seeing as how they're mods and not admins so have no admin powers but in fact mod powers.
Is there anything to get rid of the "X new posts" in certain threads?
I'v had it a few times, Never really found a connection. But it went away within like an hour or so for me
It's just stopped for me now as well. I thought my computer was having another case of Alzheimer's or something.
One question: why did we get rid of the "highest rating" thing on the right of the articles' titles? For example, the title of a thread and then on the right "x34 Funnies". That was pretty neat

Does Facepunch randomly time-out for anyone else? One moment it's really fast and suddenly when I click a link I just time-out.
Does Facepunch randomly time-out for anyone else? One moment it's really fast and suddenly when I click a link I just time-out.
I haven't had timeouts, but I have been getting blank white pages for some requests in the last couple of hours or so.

I made a title. It's very small, it's
<a href="http://bit.ly/IYWo8a">The sky calls to us. If we do not destroy ourselves, we will one day venture to the stars.</a>
Made a little website to boot with what limited CSS knowledge I have. However it's a few characters too long. So I was wondering, if I bought a title with just the text, could a mod add the HTML URL afterwards even though it's over character?

It still is still 24 characters over limit. I can fit the text + 10 characters, without the HTML.
It still is still 24 characters over limit. I can fit the text + 10 characters, without the HTML.
Looks like you have the solution.
Is it just me or do the rating buttons link to the main page.
Looks like you have the solution.
The HTML adds another 32 characters, so not really.
Is it just me or do the rating buttons link to the main page.
Is it just me or have you never heard about javascript?
Is it just me or have you never heard about javascript?
Am I supposed to know that much about scripting? Not everyone knows about that stuff.

Thanks. This is the first time it happened and I was rather confused.

The buy for a friend option has a far higher character limit, I can actually fit your whole title in twice with 6 characters to spare. [editline]4th May 2012[/editline] Actually has anyone tried using the buy for a friend option on themselves? If it works, it'd only be $1 extra for over twice the characters.
Sadly I only have $1.10 on my Paypal. :v: Inconvenient.
What has Funion done to his profile page? http://www.facepunch.com/members/178887-Funion

Is it true all bans are lifted on Garry's birthday?
Is it true all bans are lifted on Garry's birthday?
not anymore
Is it true all bans are lifted on Garry's birthday?
Used to be, But Garry/the mods got sick of having to re-permaban a shitload of people so he doesn't do it anymore.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with FP or my browser, but this started happening today or yesterday: I used to be able to click on a media tagged YT video, it would automatically pause and open in a new tab. But now I click on the video and instead of pausing it plays, and opens a new tab. So I have the YT video playing on FP and in the new tab at the same time. Really annoying.
