And this never happens at home They use the proxy filtering system called: fortiguard

There should be a limit on thread starting until you have 20-30 posts to prevent those threads where somebody uses their first post to attention whore.

Yes, ban evasion results in the alt being perma'd and usually an extension of the main's ban (sometimes perma)
