suggestion password lock fast threads, give the password to regular morons who go into fast threads, trap them in there until they all move on or get banned would be better than just deleting everything and forcing them to spread their unfunny content to sections

Or you could take the regulars in fast thread, and just lock the rest of the forum for them, so they're trapped.

The restriction wouldn't be to keep the morons out, but to trap the morons in. Sort of like the OIFY, but instead of a parody, it is kindergarten. Still fast threads do currently sort of work like a "bin" for people who make stupid threads, instead of banning them for "crap thread" rename it to "this belongs in fast threads" and let normal members stay away from it, just like we do now, unless we need something to bitch about.

I am implementing a forums-wide vote on a very important request - please add forums cancer from Something Awful, except the forum affected by it is only Fast Threads. Post in Fast Threads too much and you will contract forums cancer. And then everyone will know how bad you are. Thank you for reading this appeal and vote platform post.

What the hell am I looking at? I think the main reason I'm in WAYT is mainly because of the fact that I just hit "Read" up top to get to the threads I've always read and it just kinda stuck.

The only reason I visit FT is because mods moved some good threads (like [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1145044&page=38"]this [/URL]one) from GD there for no apparent reason
