Perma'd users paying a $25 fee actually wouldn't bother me that much. Second perma could have a $150 fee. It's not like it would adversely affect us in any way, other then maybe one single shitposter giving money to Facepunch before getting himself instantly perma'd again. It's like giving parking guards bonuses for giving tickets so they wait to pounce to write you a fine if you let your parking ticket expires for just one minute. Mods might perma instead of giving 1 month bans, and might not unban you if you write a genuinely proper appeal in refugee camp.
