If one buys a title and it isn't approved who keeps the money? Is there difference on approving titles based on are you getting it for yourself or someone else? What things make a title to not be approved?

No distinction between whether it's for you or someone else, I think Garry just has the approval process to make sure nobody's attaching child porn or breaking laws with the title.

There has been a case where another mod banned another mod legitimately for 'shitposting' I think it was TH89 that got banned. The banner later got demodded.
