How do I get to a member's page if I only know their username and can't find any posts/ratings from them? In other words, I'm trying to find a lurker's page but can't because they've not made it clickable.

This has probably been asked dozens of times already, but could we get some kind of minimum post requirement for posting new threads in the video/flash subforum? Let's say a postcount of one-hundred posts or something. The reason for this is that a lot of people seem to sign up for the sole reason of advertising and spamming their youtube channel/videos.

Obviously, not allowing new threads in the Tech Support and Gmod Help forums would be a bad idea.
